You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving them.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
To return or exchange an item:
- The item must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and personalized products are not eligible for returns.
- If you buy items on sale, they can still be returned within the 7 days.
How to Process a Return or Exchange
Go to our Return Portal on the website.
Fill in the order details and select your reason for return.
We’ll send you a return label.
Ship the item back to us using the provided label.
We’ll process your return within 5 business days once we receive the item.
Refunds
- We will refund your money to the original payment method.
- Refunds might take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.
Non-Returnable Items
You can’t return:
- Items without tags or packaging.
- Gift cards or items marked as non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days for a full refund or replacement.
